This is a hands-on position with high visibility across teams, ideal for someone who can bridge development and operations while driving forward Azure-based modernization efforts.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering roles, with prior experience as a Java software engineer
- Proven ability to support and optimize Java applications in production environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure cloud services and scripting/automation for deployment and systems management
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience designing or refining CI/CD pipelines for Java-based services
- Familiarity with application performance monitoring, incident response, and postmortem practices
- Background in mentoring engineers or setting DevOps best practices across teams
