Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday onsite)
Duration: Direct Hire
Rate: $140,000 – $160,000
This San Jose–based opportunity is with an organization focused on delivering critical infrastructure services. The role centers on asset reliability across treatment plants, pumping systems, and distribution infrastructure, leveraging reliability engineering methodologies (RCM, RCA, FMEA) and CMMS/EAM platforms like HxGN EAM. This is a full-time, direct hire position with a hybrid schedule.

Required Skills & Experience
· Experience with reliability engineering and maintenance methodologies (RCM, RCA, FMEA)
· Experience working with CMMS/EAM systems (Maximo, SAP, Cityworks, HxGN EAM)
· Strong data analysis skills related to asset performance and maintenance
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience in utility or asset-heavy environments (water, wastewater, industrial)
· Experience with predictive maintenance tools (vibration analysis, thermography, etc.)
· Certifications such as CMRP, CRE, or Lean Six Sigma
