Key Responsibilities
- Perform integrity threat assessments and risk analyses for pipelines and facilities; report risk metrics and findings.
- Evaluate and support reliability of assets including pumps, motors, valves, sensors, and related systems.
- Apply failure mode and effects methodologies to support failure mitigation, performance diagnosis, and reliability improvements.
- Interpret inspection, corrosion, and operational data to assess asset condition, remaining strength, and fitness for service.
- Identify high-consequence areas and operational pinch points using engineering judgment and hydraulic models.
- Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive actions.
- Develop engineering specifications, statements of work, cost estimates, and performance criteria for facility and pipeline projects.
