ServiceNow SME/IT Project Manager

A large enterprise organization is hiring a Senior IT Project Manager for a full-time role based in Phoenix, AZ (Onsite with some flexibility). This role will support a growing ServiceNow platform initiative, helping standardize project tracking, governance, and reporting across the organization within a structured SDLC environment.

This is a high-visibility role where you'll build the foundation for how projects are managed and tracked across teams. You'll work closely with delivery leadership to implement ServiceNow best practices, improve transparency, and drive adoption across PMs and BAs. They're looking for someone who can bring structure to an unstandardized environment, influence teams, and create scalable processes that leadership can rely on.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5 years of IT Project or Program Management Experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow (PPM or project tracking)
• Experience leading software delivery projects in Agile environments
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile preferred)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to build project plans, track progress, and report to leadership

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience building or improving project governance frameworks
• Prior experience driving tool adoption or process change across teams
• PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
