Job Summary
We are seeking a Product-Oriented Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer-centric digital products. This role combines strong project management capabilities with a product mindset, ensuring that business goals, customer needs, and technical execution are aligned. The ideal candidate has experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments and can drive product initiatives from concept through launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of product development projects.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to define product roadmaps and delivery plans.
- Translate business objectives into actionable project plans and milestones.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress using KPIs, dashboards, and status reports.
- Prioritize features and coordinate product releases based on business value.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and blockers.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and executive reporting.
- Support product adoption by coordinating launch readiness, documentation, and training.
