Required Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of direct Cx-QA/QC experience in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial construction environments.
- Strong hands-on testing experience and deep knowledge of both Electrical and Mechanical commissioning across all phases of the Cx cycle (L1-L3).
- 7 years of total field construction experience with a strong background in QA/QC processes, NCRs, and ITPs.
- Expertise in electrical distribution systems (low, medium, high voltage) as well as mechanical systems and TAB.
- Proficient with industry platforms and software such as CxAlloy, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Amarillo, TX (6x10s schedule) or execute weekly travel/temporary relocation. All expenses are paid.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP), Professional Engineer (PE), or LEED AP.
- Experience acting in an Owner's Representative or 3rd-party QA/QC Inspector capacity.
- Deep familiarity with industry codes and standards including IEEE, NEC, NFPA, and NETA.

- 50% Electrical Commissioning (Switchgear, PDUs, UPS Systems, Transformers, Generators, Energization Readiness)
- 50% Mechanical Commissioning & Systems (CRAC, VFDs, Pumps, TAB, Integration)
- 60% Hands-On Field Inspections, L1-L3 Testing Verification, FAT Reviews, and Deficiencies/Retesting
- 20% Team Collaboration (Working with Energy Marshalls, Trade Contractors, Engineering, and Client Reps)
- 20% Documentation, Reporting, MOPs, & System Turnover Handoffs
