Direct Hire role (not a contract role, permanent role)

Location: Amarillo, TX (On-site)

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with a strong background in mission-critical construction, QA/QC, commissioning, and MEP systems who are ready to lead quality operations for an entire data center building.

What You'll Do

• Lead the complete QA/QC program for an assigned hyperscale data center building
• Manage a team of Site Quality Inspectors and oversee daily quality activities
• Coordinate construction quality, commissioning readiness, and turnover across multiple contractors
• Review inspection reports, punch lists, NCRs, commissioning documentation, and turnover packages
• Oversee installation quality of critical electrical, mechanical, and controls infrastructure
• Support Level 1–5 commissioning, including FAT, SAT, startup, Functional Performance Testing, and Integrated Systems Testing (IST)
• Serve as the primary on-site quality representative for the client

Experience We're Looking For

• 7 years of QA/QC, commissioning, construction management, or mission-critical facilities experience
• 4–5 years of hyperscale or mission-critical data center construction experience
• Previous experience as a QA/QC Manager, Commissioning Manager, Site Quality Manager, or Owner's Representative
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and mission-critical infrastructure
• Experience leading teams and coordinating multiple contractors on large construction project

• CX Alloy
• Procore
• Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Smartsheet
• Bluebeam
• Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
