We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance pro to join our team. Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Maintain floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing as needed.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to established protocols.
- Assist with minor maintenance tasks and report any issues requiring attention.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
- Provide support for special events by setting up and breaking down spaces as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
Experience
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and equipment is a plus.
- Experience in floor care techniques including buffing and waxing is advantageous.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance or porter duties will be considered an asset.
