Responsibilities
- Maintain plumbing systems by repairing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures as needed.
- Carry out painting projects including residential painting and maintenance painting to uphold aesthetic standards.
- Repair or replace electrical components and wiring in accordance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Assist with carpentry tasks such as framing, drywall repair, or installing fixtures to improve interior spaces.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
- Maintain detailed records of all repairs, inspections, schematics updates, and maintenance activities for accountability and future reference.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance or repair roles within residential or commercial facilities environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by skills in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work,
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance operations including MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) procedures.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and customer interaction.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping of maintenance activities.

Pay: $15.50 - $17.00 per hour
