Night Auditor and Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including verifying reservations, billing, and payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including handling guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and providing information about hotel amenities.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a friendly, professional attitude to enhance overall guest experience.
• Perform thorough cleaning and housekeeping duties in assigned areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
• Maintain detailed records of nightly activities, including incident reports, shift logs, and guest communications.
• Use multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Support hotel management in ensuring compliance with safety protocols, hospitality standards, and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in roles involving front desk or guest services.
• Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and guest relations best practices.
• Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse range of guests effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and resort or hotel environments is preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
