Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including verifying reservations, billing, and payments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including handling guest inquiries, check-ins, check-outs, and providing information about hotel amenities.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with a friendly, professional attitude to enhance overall guest experience.
- Perform thorough cleaning and housekeeping duties in assigned areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.
- Maintain detailed records of nightly activities, including incident reports, shift logs, and guest communications.
- Use multi-line phone systems with proper phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Support hotel management in ensuring compliance with safety protocols, hospitality standards, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in roles involving front desk or guest services.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, night audit procedures, and guest relations best practices.
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse range of guests effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and resort or hotel environments is preferred.
- Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
