The Guest Service Representative is responsible for greeting and registering the guest, providing outstanding guest service during their stay, and settling the guest’s account. Guest Service Representative will assist our guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally in all Front Desk-related functions. To maintain the property’s high standard, additional problem solving tasks may arise for a quality service and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Check In/Out Guests
- Communicate Respectfully with Guests
- Maintain Brand Standards when interacting with Guests
- Curtesy Call Guests
- Take Front Desk Phone Calls
- Inform Guests with Hotel Policies in a Kind Manner
- Communicate with Staff and Management
- Maintain Calm and Collected During Stressful Situations
- Run Night Audit Report
- Clean and Maintain Cleanliness of Front Desk Lobby.
