Responsibilities
- Perform floor cleaning and maintenance using appropriate cleaning equipment to ensure spotless surfaces in guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Handle various cleaning tasks including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitation of bathrooms and common spaces.
- Manage chemical agent handling safely by adhering to safety data sheets (SDS) and proper storage procedures.
- Assist with heavy lifting and manual handling of furniture, supplies, and cleaning equipment to support housekeeping operations efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness standards by performing janitorial duties and industrial cleaning as required across hotel facilities.
- Support hotel housekeeping management by replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring compliance with hotel emergency procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and ensuring their comfort throughout their stay.
Experience
- Proven custodial or janitorial experience in hospitality or commercial settings.
- Familiarity with hotel housekeeping management practices and sanitation standards.
- Experience handling cleaning equipment, chemical agents, and floor care products safely.
- Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols.
- Prior hospitality experience is highly desirable, demonstrating a strong understanding of guest service standards.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks comfortably while maintaining safety compliance.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
