Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms thoroughly, including beds, bathrooms, furniture, and fixtures to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Perform floor care duties such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness in hallways and public areas.
• Restock amenities like toiletries, towels, linens, and supplies to ensure guest comfort and convenience.
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs and uphold safety standards.
• Follow established cleaning procedures using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Maintain detailed records of rooms cleaned, supplies used, and special requests or issues encountered during shifts.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet cleanliness standards and support overall hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet cleaning.
• Strong understanding of cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and sanitation practices.
• Experience with industrial cleaning equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards.
