Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, surface cleaning, floor care, and carpet cleaning to ensure a spotless environment
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and equipment to maintain hygiene standards
• Conduct laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens efficiently
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, steam cleaners, and janitorial tools
• Handle manual tasks involving heavy lifting and outdoor work with proper safety techniques
• Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces, floors, and fixtures through regular dusting and surface sanitation
• Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service while managing residential housekeeping tasks

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or housekeeping management
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures, sanitation standards, and proper use of cleaning detergents and equipment
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple residences
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual handling tasks comfortably
• Experience with outdoor work environments is a plus
• Excellent client communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Familiarity with carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods is desirable
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
