Candidates must be able to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday between 7 am-3 pm.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression through excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor
- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests with clarity and courtesy
- Check guests in and out swiftly while verifying reservations, processing payments, and providing detailed information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details using hotel management software
- Respond promptly to guest needs, concerns, or complaints with patience and proactive solutions to enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest standards before check-in
- Assist with guest relations by offering personalized recommendations and ensuring all guests feel valued throughout their stay
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to safety, security, and hospitality standards at all times
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred
- Previous experience with hotel management systems or property management software enhances efficiency in daily tasks
- Strong customer service background with the ability to handle multiple priorities calmly under pressure
- Excellent phone etiquette skills combined with experience managing multi-line phone systems contribute to smooth communication flow
