ABOUT THE ROLE

We're growing and looking for someone who doesn't wait for opportunity. They create it.


This is an entry-level sales role for someone driven to build a career in Sales, Real Estate, or both.


You'll be the first voice prospective customers hear, and the relationship you build will be the foundation of every deal we close. You'll handle inbound calls, qualify homeowners, own your follow-up pipeline and get out from behind the desk to generate leads through hands-on prospecting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

We generate 35 inbound leads daily. Your job is to capture it, build trust and convert them into a booked appointment. Every call, text and form submission is an opportunity.


The Mission: Every inbound lead β†’ handled immediately β†’ turned into an appointment (ideally SAME DAY)


β–Έ Answer inbound calls and respond to leads, be the reassuring, confident first impression that earns trust immediately

β–Έ Respond to texts and web leads without delay, speed is a competitive advantage and we treat it that way

β–Έ Build rapport with homeowners and qualify opportunities through consultative conversations

β–Έ Lock in same-day appointments whenever possible and keep the calendar full

β–Έ Own your follow-up pipeline, no lead falls through the cracks on your watch

β–Έ Proactively work assigned prospect lists and convert opportunities into conversations

β–Έ Maintain accurate records in the CRM

β–Έ Execute hands-on, in-the-field prospecting to generate leads

β–Έ Door knock and work direct sales channels to build your own pipeline

β–Έ Collaborate with the sales team to share what's working and continuously sharpen your approach

β—ˆ Experience in any customer-facing role, financial services, telecom retail, hospitality, or call center

β—ˆ Experience in door-to-door or direct sales, a major plus

β—ˆ Interest in real estate or real estate investment

β—ˆ Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

β—ˆ A track record of achievement in sales, sports or other competitive environments

Target Earnings: $80K–$100K

$50K base salary paid bi-weekly.

SCHEDULE

On-site, high-energy office

β–Έ Full-time, 5-day-per-week position

β–Έ Work-from-home option on Wednesdays

β–Έ Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

β–Έ Inbound lead coverage some Saturdays (work from home)

Weekday off when working weekends
