Job Title: Turf Lawn Technician

Location: Crofton, MD

Pay: $18–$21 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Turf Lawn Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position focused on maintaining and improving lawn health through proper turf treatments. What You’ll Do

• Apply turf treatments including fertilization, weed control, and other lawn care applications
• Monitor lawn conditions and identify issues affecting turf health
• Safely handle and apply products according to company and industry standards
• Maintain equipment and ensure clean, professional job sites
• Communicate clearly with team members and customers when needed

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in turf treatment (required)
• Experience or familiarity with plant health care (PHC) is preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license (let me know if required)

Schedule & Expectations

• Typical work weeks range from 45 to 60 hours, depending on workload and season
• Saturday work may be required as needed
• This is a physically active role that requires consistency and attention to detail
