The Standard
Our Lawn Technicians are expected to:
- Show up prepared and on time, every day
- Work with urgency while maintaining attention to detail
- Follow systems and produce consistent, high-quality results
- Take care of equipment and keep trucks clean and organized
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership
- Take ownership of their work — no excuses
This is a performance role, not just “another job.”
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Performing lawn care services (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, etc.)
- Following property-specific instructions and quality standards
- Completing work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
- Properly using and caring for equipment
- Supporting the crew leader and contributing to team productivity
- Representing the company professionally on every property
Who This Role Is For
This role is for someone who:
- Has experience in lawn care or outdoor work (preferred, not required)
- Works hard without needing to be pushed
- Takes pride in clean, sharp-looking properties
- Shows up consistently and can be counted on

- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to perform manual labor
- Reliable transportation
