Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, customer-focused Pest Control Service Professional to manage a dedicated local route. In this role, you aren’t just a laborer—you are a technical advisor and the face of our company. You will operate with a high degree of daily autonomy, driving a company vehicle to residential and commercial properties to inspect, diagnose, and treat for various pests.

Key Responsibilities
- Inspection & Treatment: Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity, entry points, and moisture issues, then apply targeted treatments (including mosquito barriers, termite systems, and traditional pest control).
- Client Consultation: Speak directly with homeowners and business owners to explain your findings, outline treatment plans, and provide proactive advice on pest prevention.
- Route & Asset Management: Safely and efficiently navigate a daily scheduled route using company-provided GPS and software. Maintain your assigned vehicle, equipment, and inventory in pristine condition.
- Detailed Documentation: Accurately log service details, chemical applications, and property notes via our digital field software before moving to the next site.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven Work History: A track record of professional stability (minimum 1–2 years at previous positions preferred).
- Strong Communication Skills: Must be comfortable and professional when speaking face-to-face with customers.
- Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable record.
- Detail-Oriented & Coachable: Willingness to master pest management techniques, safety protocols, and state regulations under the guidance of our permitted manager.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work outdoors in the Alabama heat, carry backpack equipment (up to 60 lbs), and navigate various property terrains.
