Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential, commercial properties to identify pest presence and activity.
- Apply appropriate pest control treatments using hand tools, power sprayers
- Develop customized pest management plans based on site assessments and customer needs.
- Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, chemicals used, and follow-up schedules.
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies, including landscaping practices,
- Drive company vehicles to different job sites while adhering to safety protocols and traffic laws.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or knowledge in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable.
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and work in a drug-free workplace
- Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift equipment or supplies for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to clients and team members.
- Willingness to learn new techniques related to pest management
- Opportunities for advancement in sales and commissions. This is a route based position.
