Pest Control/Sentricon Technician

Job Summary

Lewis Pest Control provides pest and termite control services to residential and commercial customers, using the Sentricon Termite system.

We are looking for an experienced technician but we will train the right person. If you have had stable employment, have previous technician experience as an installer with great customer service skills and want to do work that is gratifying and want to build a career, we want to talk to you.

Duties

• Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest activity and entry points which include attic spaces and crawl spaces
• Install Sentricon stations in the ground around structures
• Operate company vehicles, power tools and hand tools safely during treatment processes
• Utilize ladders and other equipment while following ladder safety procedures
• Maintain detailed records of station placement, treatment locations, and service reports for compliance records
• Engage with customers professionally, explaining treatment plans, safety precautions, and post-service recommendations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and work in a drug-free workplace
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; clean driving record required
• Ability to follow safety protocols rigorously while working outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
