Procurement Intelligence Specialist Where You’ll Work: This is a hybrid role based out of our FishHawk office. (located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive | Lithia, FL). The team has three dedicated in office days. Our US headquarters has an onsite gym and a welcoming campus style workspace with free coffee and tea. As a Procurement Intelligence Specialist at Mosaic, you’ll collaborate across multiple teams to shape strategic sourcing initiatives for key categories like Chemicals, Services, Capital, and MRO. Your insights will help reduce costs, boost productivity, and mitigate risk across our North and South American operations. This role blends market intelligence, inflation analysis, and index forecasting to support procurement strategies that make a difference. You’ll thrive in this role if you enjoy connecting the dots between global market trends and actionable business outcomes—and love working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. What you’ll do? Identify, reach out and report saving initiatives, through commercial and technical leverages. Structure financial analyzes to guide the actions of the Sourcing Managers and the Buyers, listing the main costs and impacts on the business. Carry out market analysis to identify opportunities and guide the teams in negotiations with suppliers across all Mosaic production facilities (Canada, USA, Peru, Paraguay and Brazil). Risks monitoring for the main categories to mitigate supplies lack. Support the development of strategic planning for the area, tracking goals and priorities in short, medium and long term. Coordinate activities for budget of the main categories. Working together with the business in order to understand the company's bottlenecks and direct efforts. Implement Strategic Sourcing methodology, SWOT Analysis, Total Cost of Acquisition (TCO) and Cost Breakdown. What you’ll need: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering or related field. 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related field. Knowledge about procurement tools like strategic sourcing, total cost of ownership (TCO) and cost breakdown. Experience in market analysis, indexes and inflation. Knowledge of finance concepts such as income statement, balance sheet, or etc. Experience facilitating strategic projects. Identify opportunities and suggest improvements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products. Bonus Points if you have the following: Proficiency in Portuguese or Spanish.
