We are seeking highly skilled and mission-driven Intelligence Management Specialists at the Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to provide essential intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across multiple intelligence disciplines.Your Mission
As an Intelligence Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in enabling intelligence operations and decision-making. You will support program management, facilitate the flow of critical information, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in reports, briefings, and intelligence dissemination.What You’ll Do
• Provide a full range of intelligence and administrative support across multiple intelligence activities.
• Review documents for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Assist with the management of RFIs, task actions, reports, and official briefings.
• Prepare professional correspondence, read-ahead materials, and executive-level documentation.
• Coordinate with security teams to ensure proper access for visitors and meeting participants.
• Build read-ahead books and briefing packages for official meetings and functions.
• Support cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination requirements.
• Consolidate and format intelligence products to support mission objectives.
• Respond to staff requests by coordinating information flow between analysts, engineers, and scientists.What You Bring
Education & Experience (must meet one of the following based on level):
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong background in intelligence support, administration, or program management.
• Experience reviewing, preparing, and managing reports, briefings, and correspondence.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and ensure timely responses to RFIs and task actions.
• Familiarity with intelligence dissemination processes and cross-domain data transfer.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience supporting USCENTCOM or other Combatant Commands.
• Familiarity with intelligence task management systems and dissemination tools.
• Experience supporting meetings, conferences, or senior-level engagements.

- Senior Level: Master’s degree 12 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree 17 years relevant experience.
- Mid Level: Bachelor’s degree 8 years relevant experience.
- Junior Level: Bachelor’s degree 3 years relevant experience OR 7 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
