The Role
We're hiring a Senior Mortgage Processor to manage residential loan files from application to clear-to-close. You'll work directly with LOs, borrowers, and
wholesale lenders to keep files moving fast and clean.
What You'll Do
- Process residential loan files: Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, Non-QM
- Review borrower documentation and structure files for underwriting submission
- Order and review credit, appraisal, title, and verifications
- Communicate with borrowers, LOs, and wholesale lender account executives
- Identify and resolve conditions before underwriting
- Hit and exceed monthly file completion targets
- Help us hit our 21-day close goal on every file
What You Bring
- 3 years of mortgage processing experience required
- Strong knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
- Fluent in modern LOS platforms (ARIVE, Encompass, LendingPad, or similar)
- Detail-oriented, fast, and organized
- Strong communication — borrowers and LOs need clarity, not jargon
- Experience with non-QM products a plus
