The Role

We're hiring a Loan Officer Assistant to support our producing LOs and keep loan files moving from application to clear-to-close. This is a hands-on, fast paced role with a real path to LO if you want it.

What You'll Do

• Collect and review borrower documentation (income, assets, ID, credit)
• Prepare loan applications and disclosures
• Communicate with borrowers throughout the loan process
• Coordinate with processors, underwriters, and title companies
• Track pipeline status and flag bottlenecks
• Support LOs in client follow-up and pre-qualification

What You Bring

• 1 year of mortgage industry experience preferred (entry-level considered for the right candidate)
• Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters
• Comfortable with technology — we use Salesforce, ARIVE, and Dialpad
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who can manage a busy pipeline without hand-holding
• NMLS license a plus (we'll sponsor licensing if you want to move toward LO role)
