Overview
UR Mortgage is growing and looking for motivated, energetic individuals to join our team as a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant. We operate in a fast-paced call environment working directly with high-intent mortgage leads from LendingTree. These are not cold calls customers have already completed a full mortgage application including income information, date of birth, and social security number, making them highly qualified inbound-style opportunities.
This role is ideal for someone who is driven, confident on the phone, and interested in building a career in the mortgage industry.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with LendingTree mortgage applicants
- Review borrower information and discuss mortgage goals
- Assist clients with cash-out refinances, purchases, rate-term refinances, and other mortgage products
- Collect and review required documentation
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the loan process
- Work closely with processors, underwriters, and team members to help close loans
- Manage pipeline and CRM updates efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment
- Motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented personality
- Mortgage or sales experience preferred but not required for assistant positions
- NMLS license is a plus for Loan Officer candidates
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting
