Vendor Manager/Coordinator – Full-Time (On-Site)

🔎 About the Role
As the Vendor Coordinator, you will manage all third-party vendor interactions to keep the loan process moving smoothly. You’ll coordinate orders, track timelines, monitor vendor performance, and ensure documentation is accurate and on time. You’ll be a key part of ensuring our pipeline stays efficient and on schedule.
✨ What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and track vendor orders (appraisals, title, VOEs/VOAs, inspections, etc.)
- Communicate updates and timelines to Loan Officers, Processors, and Underwriters
- Resolve vendor issues and escalate concerns when needed
- Maintain vendor records, pricing, and compliance documentation
- Review and validate invoices
- Support vendor onboarding and performance evaluations
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency
📌 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of vendor coordination, mortgage operations, real estate, or admin experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with mortgage processes or LOS systems is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools
