What You’ll Do
Build and manage a pipeline of prospective borrowers
Recommend loan solutions that align with client goals and current guidelines
Analyze customer financial information to qualify borrowers and structure deals
Maintain a consistent flow of sales activity through outbound calling, networking, and referrals
Work closely with internal teams, including Processors, Underwriters, and Team Leads, to ensure timely closings
Ensure all loan files comply with industry regulations and company policies
Collaborate with leadership and share best practices to support ongoing team growth
What We’re Looking For
Active NMLS license in Michigan (additional states a plus)
Proven success in a mortgage sales or Loan Officer role
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
Working knowledge of wholesale lending processes and systems preferred
Strong ethical judgment and a client-first mindset
