Essential Functions
- Sign for incoming registered and certified mail
- Sort and distribute mail by department, location, or category
- Stamp and record dates of receipt and sender information
- Maintain records of incoming packages, including weight, return address, and package details
- Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including applying postage and verifying addresses
- Correct and reforward misdirected mail
- Coordinate express or special deliveries when needed
- Distribute mail and packages to employees and departments throughout the office
- Monitor and maintain mailroom supply inventory, including stamps, envelopes, and labels
- Support general mailroom operations and assist with additional tasks as assigned
- Maintain regular, reliable, and predictable onsite attendance
Salary : $18 - $20
