The Junior Processor holds an integral operational role, functioning as a critical partner in the success of the Processing Department. Team members are expected to consistently deliver a superior level of customer service to both internal colleagues and external clients. This position requires a positive attitude backed by a strong commitment to the success of the team and the reputation of the company. A key responsibility is to demonstrate dedication in finding the optimal answer or solution for every situation encountered. Crucially, the Junior Processor is committed to adhering to all established guidelines, policies, and procedures documented in the Continuity Book and other company-specific resources, thereby safeguarding the integrity of the company's ability to sell the loan product. The successful candidate must execute all assigned tasks and responsibilities accurately and in a timely manner.

Essential Duties
- Accurately order, track, and receive necessary documentation, including Verification of Employment (VOE), Verification of Deposit (VOD), and Verification of Rent/Mortgage (VOR/VOM).
- Maintain the Loan Origination System (LOS) by diligently updating and tracking file status, including all items ordered, received, and still outstanding, ensuring information is current and accurate.
- Place comprehensive and detailed comments within the loan file's condition notes and conversation log every time the file is handled or updated.
- Order credit supplements as needed to support the underwriting process.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with third parties to obtain outstanding conditions or information required to complete necessary verifications.
- Represent the company in a consistently professional and enthusiastic manner across all internal and external interactions.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance is an essential function of this role.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
