Your Impact
- Player-Coach Leadership: Directly supervise and mentor help desk and technical staff. You aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves to solve high-level tickets or troubleshoot a server alongside your team.
- Infrastructure Ownership: Act as the primary lead for network and hardware reliability across multiple distinct business entities.
- Strategic Deputy: Serve as the 2nd in command for the department. You will have the authority and expertise to provide oversight and maintain security protocols in the absence of the CIO/CISO.
- High-Stakes Project Management: Lead system migrations, security audits, and hardware refreshes from conception to completion. You are the person who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
- 24/7 Reliability: In a world of digital finance, downtime is not an option. You will manage the responsiveness of our systems to ensure we remain "always on."
- 7 Years of IT Experience: At least 3 years in a supervisory or technical lead role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience in server administration, network architecture, and hardware maintenance.
- Start-Up Agility: The ability to pivot between the structured environment of a financial institution and the fast-paced, shifting priorities of a start-up.
- Project Rigor: A track record of delivering complex technical projects with high attention to detail.
- Dedication: This is a mission-critical role that requires flexibility beyond the standard 8-5 to ensure system stability and project success.
