$100,000 annually based on experience

Qualification Requirements
Proven experience leading PMS upgrades and hospitality system integrations
Prior Casino Or Hospitality IT Experience Strongly Preferred
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, networks, cloud services, and enterprise systems
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage change, and communicate with operational leaders
Education And/Or Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
Five (5) plus years of IT experience, including leadership responsibility.
Two (2) years of managerial experience.
Language Skills
Demonstrated effective and diplomatic oral and written communication skills using English.
Reasoning Ability
Makes recommendations that may basically evolve on the following:
Determine how systems are implemented to ensure reliability, security, and operational alignment
Establish timing and sequencing of upgrades to minimize business impact
Assign roles and responsibilities to ensure the right team members execute the work effectively.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License. Must have a Colorado driver license with a good driving record and be at least twenty-one years of age.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead daily IT operations supporting casino, hotel, food & beverage, and administrative functions
- Plan and execute PMS upgrades, migrations, and enhancements, ensuring minimal operational disruption
- Manage integrations between PMS, POS, gaming, finance, loyalty, and reporting systems
- Ensure system availability, performance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance
- Develop IT strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and capital planning aligned with business goals
- Lead, coach, and develop an IT team in a fast‑paced hospitality environment
- Manage vendors, contracts, and service levels critical to casino and hotel operations
- Provide timely, professional end‑user support and technology guidance
- Lead incident response, disaster recovery, and business continuity efforts
- Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed and directed.
