MANAGEMENT INTERNSHIP 2026Morrison Industrial EquipmentGrand Rapids, MIMorrison Industrial Equipment is currently looking for a management intern for our MGM location in SE Grand Rapids, MI. We are a Material Handling Equipment Company established in 1953, with 12 locations across Michigan and Northern Indiana. Family-owned and family-oriented, Morrison is dedicated to the growth and care of our team members and provides our employees with ample training opportunities, career path influence, and a strong work/life balance. The intern will diligently work to learn about our customer experience, process, and values in all areas of the company from our technicians to our executive members. This internship is designed to allow the intern to experience what working in the industrial sector is like, and how to utilize emotional intelligence and critical thinking to succeed in the industry. Through conversations, process training, hands-on projects, and coaching the intern will be able to learn the in and outs of this fourth-generation family business. The internship would start on May 26th (Tuesday) and finish the program on the 14th of August.  What you will be doing:Learning the different branches of Morrison Industrial Equipment and how they work together to be our customers’ Material Handling Experts. Weekly assignments and projects to apply the knowledge gained from different aspects of the company. Travel to different branches, business units, customers, and vendors to grasp the different aspects of the business. Meet many different employees - from our technicians and parts specialists to our owners. Have one on one conversations with some of our valued employees to understand what it means to work for Morrison Industrial Equipment. Learn the basics of our ERP system and how information is recorded and sent to every department. Have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.Must have reliable transportation.Preferred Qualifications and Skills:Junior or senior majoring in business management, supply chain management, entrepreneurship, leadership, or other business concentration.Efficient in fast paced environments.
