What are the responsibilities and job description for the (USA) Regional Account Manager position at Morrison Express?
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships and business together with the global account manager.
- Identify business opportunities within account and plan accordingly.
- Ensure that the business runs smoothly.
- Own the SOP regionally.
- Align with all internal LAM for the newly requirement/policy from Samsung (SDS Logitech).
- Manage the Cello performance and high light it to geo head or GAM for any behind.
- Release the FSC to all the stakeholders on a monthly basis and manage the table.
- Assemble the data for GAM on a regular basis, including the QBR material, market update.
- Collaborate with GAM for the RFQ/RFP preparation.
- Work out solutions within region or with other regions proactively at and beyond customer’s expectation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
- Minimum 3 years of freight forwarding experience required. With experience in key account management team will be a plus
- Fluent in English, Korean (Korean native speaking is required)
- Proficient in programs used for email, word processing, data manipulation (excel spread sheets), power point presentation, and general internet skills.
- Assertive, showing interpersonal/managerial skills to coordinate DRI’s different stations in the best interest of the customer.
