Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement market strategies to expand our reach and drive sales growth.
· Plan and execute regional brand activities to enhance brand recognition and influence.
· Build and manage an effective sales system to achieve set sales targets.
· Foster and maintain strong customer relationships to drive client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the machinery or equipment industry; experience in the flooring grinding machine sector is a plus.
· Strong business etiquette and negotiation skills.
· Proficiency in Analytics and CRM systems.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
· English proficiency is required; Spanish fluency or knowledge of other languages is a plus.
