Job Summary:

Morris View Healthcare Center, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Randolph, NJ. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physicians
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
