Concierge Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
• Maintain positive ongoing relationships with patients ensuring their satisfaction
• Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
• Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
• Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
• Checking in with all subacute new admissions on day 1, day 3, day 7, day 14
• Addressing and correcting any and all issues in real time
• Tracking and calculating any and all concerns and issues
