Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, staff, and visitors
- Participate in mandatory in-service training and other educational programs to stay current with industry best practices
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Current LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Ability to work a 3-11 shift
