Morris Technology Solutions is a healthcare technology consulting firm partnering with health systems to deliver complex Oracle Health (legacy Cerner) initiatives. We are expanding our Oracle Health practice and seeking a senior Client Relationship Executive to lead client engagement and growth for a dedicated portfolio of accounts.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is a seller-doer position for an accomplished practitioner who brings deep Oracle Health domain expertise, established relationships across health system leadership, and the ability to both originate and lead the work that follows. This is a heavily commission-based role with uncapped upside.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end client relationships across a portfolio of health system accounts, from opportunity identification through delivery oversight.
- Leverage existing relationships with CIO, CMIO, CNIO, VP of Applications, and Revenue Cycle leadership to identify and shape Oracle Health initiatives.
- Lead project teams ranging from 5 to 50 consultants, partnering with our delivery organization to ensure client outcomes and engagement profitability.
- Serve as the executive point of accountability for your clients.
- Contribute to practice strategy, solution development, and the growth of our Oracle Health capabilities.
What you bring
- 10 years in healthcare IT consulting, Oracle Health (Cerner), or a health system operational/IT leadership role.
- Deep, hands-on knowledge of the Oracle Health Millennium platform — clinical, revenue cycle, or both.
- A track record of owning client relationships at the executive level and shaping multi-million-dollar engagements.
- Experience leading consulting teams and delivery outcomes, not just selling.
- An established professional network within health systems.
- Executive presence and the judgment to operate as a senior firm representative without day-to-day oversight.
