Director of Nursing (DON)
Location: West Wind Village – 1001 Scotts Avenue Morris MN 56267
Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with On-Call Responsibilities
Salary Range: $100,000- $123,000

Position Summary
As the Director of Nursing, you will lead and support our nursing team to ensure the highest quality of compassionate care for our residents. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and fostering a positive, mission-driven work environment.

Qualifications
- Required License: RN License in Minnesota
