We are seeking an experienced, passionate HEAD CHEF to lead our kitchen at a well established Pub. The ideal candidate is hands on, organized, and excited to create quality pub dishes while managing a strong kitchen staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-OVERSEE ALL KITCHEN OPERATIONS, FOOD PREPARATION AND SERVICE
-CREATE AND MAINTAIN A CONSISTENT AND HIGH-QUALITY PUB MENU
-MANAGE FOOD COST, INVENTORY, ORDERING AND WASTE
-MAINTAIN A CLEAN WORKING ENVIRONMENT THAT MEET HEALTH, SAFETY AND SANITATION STANDARDS
