About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Mandarin Project Coordinator to support and manage projects involving both English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. In this role, you will serve as a key communication bridge between cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Act as the primary liaison between English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking teams, facilitating clear and accurate communication.
- Translate and interpret project-related documents, communications, and meetings as needed.
- Track project milestones, monitor progress, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Organize meetings, workshops, presentations, and other project-related events involving international stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, action items, meeting notes, and correspondence.
- Support project planning and implementation efforts while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and promote effective teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent).
- Experience working with international teams or in multicultural business environments.
- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology related to assigned projects.
- Knowledge of additional languages or regional dialects relevant to Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Experience using remote collaboration and virtual meeting platforms.
Salary : $64,000 - $69,749
