Job Summary

MornstAir is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented bilingual (Mandarin and English) Junior Engineer to support our engineering team. In this role, you will assist with engineering design, technical analysis, project documentation, and coordination to help deliver successful projects.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level engineer to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in engineering consulting.

The selected candidate will be assigned to the TSMC Fab 21 project in North Phoenix, Arizona, supporting the installation of the Air Abatement System at one of the nation's most advanced semiconductor manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities:

· Provides general, entry-level support to the engineering department.

· Identifies potential areas of product improvement; recommends and assists with development of appropriate solutions.

· Assist the engineering team in the execution of engineering projects, including research, design, and analysis.

· Collaborate with project teams to contribute to the development and implementation of engineering solutions.

· Perform technical calculations, simulations, and modeling to support engineering analysis.

· Conduct research and gather data to support the preparation of technical reports and proposals.

· Participate in site visits and inspections to gain practical knowledge and contribute to project evaluations.

· Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in project deliverables.

· Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field) or Associate’s degree in Engineering or related field

· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in a fast-paced construction environment.

· Must be fluent in Mandarin and English.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Strong academic background with a focus on engineering principles and concepts.

· Proficient in engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, etc.).

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits:

· Salary range is $63,000.00 - $73,000.00 annually. (Depending on experience)
