What You’ll Do
- Manage daily accounts payable (A/P) processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, month-end close reports, and year-end reporting.
- Assist with budgets, audits, and Medicare/Medicaid cost reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger entries, and investment accounts.
- Provide financial reporting on fixed assets, payroll, insurance renewals, and contributions.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years prior accounting or finance experience required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (equivalent job experience may be considered).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial analysis) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Sage Intacct, UKG, or Stampli a plus.
- Knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
