As an AP & Finance Associate, you’ll support critical accounting and finance functions that ensure our communities continue to thrive. What You’ll Do

• Manage daily accounts payable (A/P) processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, month-end close reports, and year-end reporting.
• Assist with budgets, audits, and Medicare/Medicaid cost reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, general ledger entries, and investment accounts.
• Provide financial reporting on fixed assets, payroll, insurance renewals, and contributions.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1–3 years prior accounting or finance experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (equivalent job experience may be considered).
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, financial analysis) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Sage Intacct, UKG, or Stampli a plus.
• Knowledge of GAAP and accounting best practices.
