Superintendent – Luxury Residential
Location: Naples/Ft. Myers, FL area
Privately owned, award-winning GC in Naples specializing in sustainable construction of commercial, luxury renovations, and custom homes, is seeking a Superintendent for projects throughout the Naples/Ft. Myers market. Known for delivering exceptional product quality and design, the firm is led by innovative, highly respected leaders who foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial culture.
Seeking a high-performing, tech-savvy construction professional with experience in luxury residential (renovations and ground-up) who is motivated to deliver a best-in-class client experience. Ideal candidates will have the ability to seamlessly transition between the commercial and custom home divisions, with experience managing both product types preferred.
Responsible for all phases of construction through project completion, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries. Monitor project progress, enforce safety and quality standards, and proactively resolve field issues.
Salary: $120k-$160k (based on experience) 10% bonus
