Project Manager – Luxury Residential
Location: Naples, FL
Due to continued growth, a boutique Southwest Florida luxury residential builder in Naples is seeking a Luxury Residential Project Manager to join the team. Specializing in ground-up custom homes ($15M) and high-end renovations (700K ) throughout Old Naples, this role is ideal for someone with a team-first mentality and a forward-thinking approach.
This is a highly client-facing position requiring strong leadership, project management, sound judgment, and the ability to “read the room” with a discerning clientele. The right individual is open-minded, solutions-oriented, and communicates effectively across all levels—bringing both humility and confidence to the role.
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of the project lifecycle, including managing RFIs, developing scopes of work, and selecting and coordinating subcontractors. You’ll partner closely with field teams to keep projects on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the highest standards of quality and detail.
This role requires strong organization, proactive thinking, and professionalism in navigating complex projects while maintaining a seamless client experience.
REQUIREMENTS
*5 yrs experience in high-end residential luxury renovation and/or ground up project management (homes and condos)
*Construction Management degree a plus
*Strong leadership and polished communication skills, forward thinking, client focused
*Must be proficient in ProCore, Smart Sheets, familiarity with Foundation (construction acctg software) is a plus.
*Clean background and credit check with stable work history
Salary: $115K–$125K
