Responsibilities
- Perform Weekly home watches.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention.
- Facilitate with vendors
- Utilize Salesforce.com software for tracking work orders and managing property-related tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Assist with conflict management between luxury Home Watch clients when necessary, ensuring a harmonious living environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or related fields is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette for professional communication with tenants and vendors.
- Proficiency in using technology, particularly salesforce.com or similar property management software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
