We are looking for a Sr. Influencer Campaign Manager with experience managing Social and Influencer Content & Campaigns. This role will be responsible for setting the standard and holding the team accountable for on-time deliveries for internal and external programs. Our ideal candidate thrives working in a fast-paced environment, while still ensuring organization and process is followed.
Key Responsibilities
- Build project plans and schedules with an understanding of internal resources, time requirements, and business objectives.
- Lead and schedule necessary project related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, inter-agency meetings, and deliverable reviews.
- Lead daily stand-ups with the Content Team and communicate project status to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with resources to define project requirements, develop budgets and timelines, write statements of work, and plan resources for internal & external projects.
- Manage internal and external project resources to ensure project schedule and deliverables are met.
- Experience working with influencers, helping choose the correct talent for programs and negotiate with talent for bookings.
- Strong understanding of the campaign process and what goes into making campaigns that work.
- Act as the POC for clients during external projects, ensuring the highest level of communication.
- Monitor and analyze performance on all projects, being able to draw out key insights and recommendations when reporting out.
- A minimum of 5 years of project management experience with an agency.
- Experience in working with Influencers & social content.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Google Calendar)
- Expertise using project management tools like Monday or Asana.
- Experience in web and content production is a plus.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be coachable and open to change in a growing environment.
