They will act as a champion for the company culture as well as supporting the plans and needs of the business.

We are looking for a Sr Human Resources Manager to implement HR protocols, ensuring that the HR process is maintained throughout all departments, as well as building culture within our growing organization. They will act as a champion for the company culture as well as supporting the plans and needs of the business.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
- Manage the on-boarding of new employees, including first weeks schedules, equipment purchases & set-ups and new hire paper-work.
- Validate employee hours with team lead and process payroll using the Employee Management system, Gusto.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, or promotion opportunities.
- Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints, or employee recommendations.
- Work directly with the Managing Director on compensation and benefits for all employees, ensuring that relevant pay structures and benefits are in place
- Working with department managers, develop a periodic review process to include career and financial pathing for employees at multiple levels within the business.
- Champion the company culture by being observant of employee feedback and perspective and developing initiatives to continuously foster a positive work environment
- Ideate and organize team events, training and meet-ups.
- Work with the Managing Director to understand business goals and recommend new policies and procedures within the company to reach the business objectives
- 6 years of relevant HR Manager/People Operations experience
- Experience using Gusto
- Strong understanding of the various HR Functions (Health and Welfare, Payroll, Recruiting, HRIS, Operations and Compensation)
- Experience within an agency environment
- Highly proficient in Google Suite - Sheets, Docs, Google Calendar and Gmail
